Default Car & Driver Article

Claude pointed out this Car & Driver article to me called The Blow Dryers. It compares the Audi TT Quatro, BMW Z4 3.0, Honda S2000, Nissan 350Z Touring, and Porsche Boxter. We win!! The article is here

I read this the other day. Pretty impressive that the S2K is still beating out the new guys on the block.

It did seem like they were a little biased toward the S though. Only negative was Highway cruising??? Pretty much any other review you read comments on the need to drive it like a bat out of hell to extract the exhilerating performance.

It seemed like the authors were super critical of some of the other cars short comings but ignored some of the S2k's. The end result would have been the same, but it seems like a bit more balanced reporting was needed.

I haven't read it yet (saving it for the beach) but I hear what you're saying. It's just like movie reviews. One person loves it, the next hates it. Same with food critics. How can someone else decide what YOU will like. As George Steinbrenner said, they are "fat puss-filled toads".

Spa rules! Too bad you couldn't make the Y-Town meet. We would have had 5.

I saw the pictures and thought the same thing. Of course my neighbor [ he
of the famous high speed parking lot launch at the PCA event ] would have made 6 !
