Can anyone tap new threads for my front subframe?

I recently had my clutch replaced before I moved here and the mechanic stripped out two bolts on the subframe. I have a new set of stock bolts, but I just need the holes tapped. Basically needing someone that can put it on an oil changing bay and drilling new threads so I can put the stock bolts in. Let me know! Thanks!

Are you sure you can get a tap up in there? My understanding is you have to remove the subframe to do it. If the bolts are tight, why not leave it alone?
