That's the way we have always done it.. no?
They have us in their computer, they know we are there every year, and I believe Jonas even uses them as their central lodging point for the Vintage event as well. I have no problems with the hotel ...I just wish we had a bigger room for all of us to go after the brew company.. Watch videos, talk, , you know...

It has a bed that flips up out of the way into a wall unit, a couple couches, and a conference table/chairs. It's not huge, but bigger than any of the rooms.
I've considered moving the event to the nearby Holiday Inn, since they have a bar and restaurant there, but the Hampton has been so good to us, with such a perfect (and safe) location, that I haven't wanted to change it.

Once we have the date picked up, maybe you could talk to the people there again? I'd also like to find out what our accomodation plan looks like in terms of getting a room big enough put everyone in after the brew company... call it an "After hours" gtg..
Let me know (PM or email - in case I don't see it in this thread) what the date(s) will be and I can contact the Hampton.

I'm going to also be looking for sponsors again for this.. As long as I'm organizing this event, I plan to keep this free and "somewhat" open to all. Yes, I said somewhat...
The rules for somewhat are pretty simple.. Be current or former s2000 owner or have attended an event/drive with people who can vouch for you. If your friend with his boosted 92 Corolla is ready to test out the new 20's and cut springs he put on his car, I'm going to kindly ask that you don't invite them.
I'll post more "guidelines" later.. for many, this won't be the first time attending so I think it's pretty self explanatory..
