Although just taking the top cover off my OEM intake made a huge difference in sound (I know technically it would result in -hp, but I'm not racing my car ha.
I took off my top too just for sound reasons. I would not buy one form ebay tho just from past experinces. Some of the have paint on the inside that flakes off .

i'd say the fujita and the comptech are the two i'd reommend... and i'd stay clear of the ebay intakes for the same reason why i don't buy valve covers off ebay as well. (paint flakes)

K&N filter stock box Honda did a good job with the intake on this car not much gain to be found on the intake just sound. In fact iv seen them losse hp on the dyno

As far as radio look into modifrys dci to keep your dash buttons well worth the money and it even adds functions to your buttons

I would think for $200, that K & N or a used Comptech would be very good value. Unfortunately the only one I have experience with it much more expensive.

As for the radio, I think most people use Alpine, because of their ease of integration with the Apple devices. The big decision here is weather you want to also install amp and speakers. If you just want to change the head unit, find one of the Alpines with some built in power, or get their power boost unit, so you can hear it above the wind noise.
Sweet thanks. I need a head unit that can adjust subwoffers. What is your favorite intake?
Wellll.....
I have a password JDM intake. It's rather expensive, but is one of the few that have shown HP increases. Tested. by S2KI members. But to get results, you also must tune it. The main gripe with this intake is difficulty fitting it. It's doable but difficult

If you want something different from K & N, the Funita and comptech are good

I might look into a Comptech intake. The Mugen requires me to get a hood as well. Not sure I want to invest that much.
