Akron Sports Car Club Auto X 8-13-06

I was looking to see where the was some autocrossing in the next couple weeks and found out the Akron sports car club is running an event up in Lordstown this weekend. Are these guys affiliated with SCCA? How are their events?

It's been about 8 years since i went to an auto-x in akron, but at the time it was an SCCA event. They used to set up a course at the old Beacon Journal docks.
