Acura/Honda may be losing my future business!

Update....
After having the area Acura rep drive the car (and the problem didn't occur).... he was saying that they couldn't do anything.
At this point I started with the good old... who is the next step up the ladder for me to talk to?
Finally they agreed to replace the entire tranny!!
Had that done two weeks ago....
Still have a minor issue..... now sometimes I have problems finding 5th gear.... wants to go into the horizontal slot towards reverse!! Got to see if its me... or if there is an adjustment to correct that....
So... looks like Honda/Acura does want my future business...
