SCCA FTL....this is like a "zero tolerance" rule that doesn't even consider the cars.
I guess those rules pay off if you get in over your head ......so to say
Maybe I'll track the Civic
meh

Looks like 4 sessions of 20-30 minutes each.
Of course this assumes no S2000 rollovers, ambulances, or funeral processions! Your actual track time my vary.

Just got word from the Cincy Region. They want me to instruct, so it looks like I'll get to ride along in the Ferraris and Lambos when I'm not driving.

Had a great time at the SCCA PDX today. Met Bullitt44 for the first time. Wish I would have had more time to talk to you. Glad you got the discount for instructing. Rich was also there with his CR.
190 entries split into 6 groups got got four 20 minute sessions. I got to instruct two drivers in a Corvette and a Caymen.
The only major incident I saw was a Ferarri 430 or 360 that blew a tire at the kink on the straight and spun it into the wall. Took out the RR corner, and part of the front end. Probably a total loss, and no insurance coverage at a track event! The 27 year old son of the owner who had just picked it up a week ago had to feel sick. I heard from my Porsche student the Ferrari driver's instructor let Dad know it was not his son's fault, and there was nothing he could have done to save it. Just glad driver and instructor walked away.
There was lots of eye candy Ferraris and Lambos, and the women that hang with them were pretty good too! Wish I would have gotten more pics. Here's a sampling:
Similar to the Ferrari that hit the wall!
