I'm a track addict Once you get to drive out there on track like you see on TV, it's very addicting!

One of the new england guys says: "If you don't have to take your clothes off to pay for your addiction it does not yet require intervention"

Phew!

My last track event (BeaveRun)

I've been meaning to get back to a track event but never have time (or $$)

Track days are VERY expensive, hence the ho/addict status... I live in a crappy apartment, don't go out to eat, don't buy clothes like most women but I feeling like a race car driver

I've only driven at two so far... Watkins Glen (twice); in the rain this April. (Up thru the Esses.)

New Hampshire (four times so far; going again May 27).

Got to solo at NH last September. (Coming off turn 12 onto the front straight.)

(Turn 9 into 10 one of my favorite left right combos.)

I go to PIR July 22! Third year doing track days, third new track.

I've heard it expressed like this:

Going fast is an addition that makes heroin look like a taste for something salty.

I wouldn't waste money on heroin when I could track days instead!

It's Doug's fault (Triple-H of NY)... he told me what helmet to buy and gave me the SCDA web site address you Doug!!!

I love the mix of cars and technology in ALMS I think it's too bad that F1 is going away from that direction

IRL desparately needs at least one more engine manufacturer in order to stay interesting... no one loves to see Honda win more than me, but every single race it just gets boring.
