I am not a big fan of 88... I was just on it two weeks ago going to the Glen and only 2 rest areas, both VERY scary I don't mind paying to drive on 90 to have nice bathroom stops Not to mention much nicer road w/o potholes, and places to get food and gasoline.
Driving in alot of traffic is kind of a novelty for me living in VT so it's not really an annoyance, more of a wow, look at all the cars
Wash party at your house sounds great Jonas, thank you again

This will be my second visit to Ohio. I drove out and toured the Marysville facility back in 94. Would love to do that again someday
I had my first Accord at the time, an 86 LX that had been built at the Ohio plant, was very cool to bring it "home"

Hey Gary... are you reading this thread? Are you driving all the way to PA Sunday night after the IRL race?
That's my plan, let me know if you want to caravan. Mapquest says "only" 6 hours Should arrive no later than 11.

Dan Weldon was @ HR-O which has more security than Ft Knox
Scott Dixon was @ Anna Engine Plant about another hour west
Danica was a no show altogether even though she was supposed to be @ Marysville

Regarding getting to the track: I've only been there once. GPS/Mapquest says get off at the exit near Lexington (closest to the track), but the Mid-Ohio web site has us going north of Mansfield & around to approach the track from the west. I assume that's to keep traffic out of downtown Lexington, but which one is really best?

I'm headed to Pittsburgh Sunday night back to family. That way I'm in no rush to get out of the track right after the race and can take my time. Then I can get up and head to Pocono whenever on Monday. I'm just going for pics and dinner.
I read your comment on the tonneau cover. Since I've had this S (just over 3 years now) the tonneau has never been on. Headed to the garage now to make sure it fastens and give it a quick shoe polish treatment. Its been laying in the garage against a cinder block wall and has a few scratches. The only way it will fit on the car is attached.
