So after 1000 miles or so on my berk exhaust.. the can has developed a the loudest rattle I have ever heard coming from an exhaust. Berk says this is normal wear & tear. They want $400 for a new muffler section... anyone know any anyone who can open up the muffler, fix things up, close it back up, for less than $400?

Is the baffling bad? 1000 miles? I'm guessing that is a reflection of your miles and not the actual miles on the exhaust.
