Boys. Tim, I think Sept is a great weather month, highs typically in the 70s, lows in the 50s. But more importantly, the upper-level wind patterns are in transition from a meridional flow (ie north and south) to a zonal flow (ie east to west). This tends to result in nice, clear, dry days. Once you get into mid-Oct, that's when things start deteriorating.
