bolted or molded?
any material weaves (esp this part) is molded with resin.
once these parts are completed, they are bolted on.
whether it's cf or fiberglass, it wouldn't be molded onto the car itself (resin and metal expand differently).

so yes, molded & bolted

oh i meant the splitter and lip. i understand that the splitter is mounted onto the lip, but is it an extra feature, like an add on part you can put on in the future, or is it molded to the lip. =)

its not molded to the lip, the splitter and lip are completely seperate. The splitter will be an optional item for those needing additional downforce. The lip will work fine without it.

do these wings make enough of a difference to justify the subjective looks?

If you're using them for what they're designed for (the track), yes. Then again if you're using them for that you're probably not getting or worried about the looks

Can't wait to hear more on these parts!!! Might just have to look into this setup!

Once you've reached close to or peak mechanical grip (done by many track guys) the only other option is aero. The rear aero solution is plentyful, but you can only do so much before upsetting the balance. Its the front aero that is lacking in the S2000 aftermarket. This product from one of the foremost aero experts is the solution many of us track guys have been waiting for.

So to answer your question, Yes.

The owner of Voltex, Mr. Nakajima use to be involved with Jordan F1 team. He is dead serious about his work.
