Thanks for bumping it, i was just about to go searching for this thread so i can post a picture of mine mounted.

For those who are wondering, yes, it covers the holes if you had a OEM ap1 spoiler. My finger is pointing to where the hole was drilled for the spoiler--there is plenty of overlap. The center holes look to be covered as well:
