The problem is that the rust particulary can be seen but not reached with any tool or whatsoever.

Hence the spray. You can get it from anywhere really. Just spray and it will quickly desolve and remove the rust as it does. No need to really try and wipe anything off as it will be gone in a matter of seconds. If the rust isn't bad then this will work, and from the sound of it it is probably just minor surface rust.

The pics dont look as good as it does in person. It has several layers of paint that change in the light
