That's why we have the forum...and this community.The fogs are Hella Micro DE lights...available at TireRack.com:

I made a custom bezel from PVC board and mounted the lights. Hella Micro DEs are awesome. Great assembly...great quality. They add a little more light...but I have them merely for cosmetic reasons.
