Could someone suggest which bar would suit my needs, I want to be able to keep the soft top and be able to go top down, keep the stock roll hoops, I want to use a harness on a oem seat? spoon roll cage?

i have a question for you guys
i know the stock roll hoops aren't regarded as adequate protection, but why is that exactly? i've heard that it's because with your helmet on, the hoops don't run high enough to cover your head. is there anything other than that?
