i have the same set up that you pretty much have..lol..except i havent gotten that much negative camber done on mine.

already have my 15mm for the front, just order 20mm for the rear. just to double check, with these size spacers, stock tires and alignment, 1" drop, i still need to roll the fenders? even the front?

However, 20mm in the back did rub pretty bad on a ~1.5" drop, which is why I sold them. You could roll the fenders and be fine, but I didn't want to fool with it.

very nice references! this makes me want to get wheel spacers... anyone selling?

Now one more question, for all of you guys in here running 225 front 255 rears on stock AP2s, how does the car drive? worth the extra rubber? how is the handling compared to stock size? as crisp as on 245s? or a little "softer"?

From what I hear, larger tires in the front numbs steering response somewhat. I'm not sure the rears have any effect on this.
However I'll be stepping up from 245s to 255s in back when the OEM RE050s are done. That should make the rear slightly less tail happy in turns, which is nothing but a good thing.

Does not matter what springs/coilovers or stiffness that make you think you are special, YOU ARE NOT!
People asked me why I can run 20mm up front and the reason is the OEM NSX wheel is 17x7, +60 (5mm less aggressive than OEM s2000 which is 17x7, +55)

I'd still roll even with 15mm -- I've posted this many times in this thread already. You shouldn't be too worried about "rubbing on the freeway" what you should be worried about is bumps in the middle of a turn, such as up a driveway, or down a freeway onramp or something of the sort. Even with 15mm, if you're lowered that tire will eventually catch your front unrolled fender and pull it right out!

I'll make it big and bolded so everyone here can read it again.
If you run anything over a 15mm spacer with stock or bigger tire-sizes and you are lowered by over an inch, prepare to have your fender pulled out.
It might not happen to you right away, but it will happen. You can choose wether it gets pulled out by a bodyshop with a fender roller or when your tire hooks onto your fender lip and tears/pushes it out.
After reading through this whole thread and pm'ing with S4play I decided that I would stay way conservative, drop 1 inch max and use the 10mm spacers. For those that don't want to do any fender/guard or tab relocating mods this is what's recommended.
I think I may need to get extended studs to replace the ones that were supplied though.
Haven't fitted yet as just arrived in the mail.
