The Kics do not come with hubcentric rings, but you don't need them with these spacers. I'm currectly running 20mm all around with no vibrations.

I don't see why you cannot run an extra 3-5mm spacer with them.
thanks man for your help.. I am new to these adapter style spacers. I'm going to run the kics 20mm spacers with my ap2v1s.. will I need to dremel down the stock studs for this? ..I was a bit confused reading about the recessed wheel hub info on a couple pages in this thread

I'm on AP2V2 wheels so the backs of the rims have recessed areas where the stock studs are able to protrude into IF NEED BE. I don't have confirmation on whether 20mm spacers are compatible with V1 wheels, BUT I've read that 20mm WILL work but 15mm will NOT work with V1 rims. You should ask someone who's running 20mm with V1 rims to be certain.

So what would be the best size spacer to use on AP1's if I didn't want to do fender work? Going to be lowered on Skunk2's.

Thanks in advance!

You have no options.

- AP1 Wheels, No Recessed Holes = 20mm or 25mm H&R Spacers
- No Fender Work
- Lowered

Guaranteed to absolutely DESTROY your fenders and your tires.

There's always extended lugs and to me it seems that 20-25mm might work in the rear. IMHO there's a shitload of space there, even for me running 245's.
I'm actually in the same situation and looking for the best option for our ap1's. I'm not after total flushness but I'd rather have the front and rear look a bit more balanced, the rear wheels look tiny the way it sits right now. The fronts look alright though in my opionion.

I guess the best option would be to buy new wheels but its not that easy to find 16-17"s that are lighter than stock, that look good and fit perfectly.

Any input on the max spacers front/rear for ap1's would be great. I know the thread is only for ap2 and creating a new thread might be the route to take. I just dont have any info yet so I would feel quite stupid creating a new thread without any idea

Wether or not you run extended studs or not, it doesn't matter.

Rears with 20-25mm will still rub, they won't pull out like the fronts do, but they will slowly wear away and destroy your tires. You will also rub against the bumper tab and rear bumper edge, it will grind away slowly at it with a horrific sound every time you hit a bump.

Max spacers imho on a lowered AP1 would be 15mm IMHO -- you'd need extended studs in this situation, or machine out the back of the wheel. Even at 15mm, I still wouldn't risk the front fenders, I still think they'll catch someday and your fenders will look like an eyesore.
