fronts studs are a quick swap out.

Rear studs require removing the rear hubs and are a PITA!
Is there a how to on how to remove the front studs? What do you mean by a "quick swap" how quick? Special tools needed?

the project kics spacers come with instructions in japanese but we were able to find 106 and 114 Nm in the text. so 80-85 lbs, pretty standard. you can go to 40lbs in a star pattern and then up to 80-85. same for wheels.

Nice! Are your front fenders rolled/stretched?

That's looks perfect for V2's.
