So I was originally going to go with powder coating but decided to try out the plastidip fad! After getting the necessary number of coats it's probably not a huge savings over powder coating and while it looks great it doesn't have that oem-like finish. I'm happy with it though and it's good for those nervous about powder-coating. It's really quite easy to spray it and it sets a LOT faster than regular spray paint. I did an aluminum can to test it out and was able to do white base, blue, and pearl in an evening though I took my time for the real thing.

2 Cans of White
4 Cans of Blue
1 Can of Pearlizer (Which I didn't like)
1 Can of Blue over the Pearl

The white looked great, almost wanted to leave it as is but I only had half a can on each wheel which isn't enough for a good peel.

The blue looked great and had a bit of a dual colour going on, had a bit of purple at certain angles. I wanted to leave it but talked myself into doing the pearl.

Broke down and put the pearl on. I think it would be ok with a lighter coat but getting an even light coat is difficult with the spray cans. It's easy to miss the inside of the spokes. The pearl really changes the vibrancy of the colour and I think it would be much better to buy a gallon of pearl and mix your own colour into it. Tested it on pink and it seems to work better.

The pearl looked a little bit too feminine for me (I actually would have rocked neon pink before I would this colour) so I broke down and bought some more blue and laid down a light coat. I stopped at just under 1 can because the blue darkens really fast and ideally I wanted a more neon blue. It's still dark even after a light coat but you can see a bit of pearl sparkle still. I might do another coat of blue at some point since it won't get much darker anyway just slightly more even.

It looks nice on Sebring Silver and now I just need to lose a bit of wheel gap.
