Could you take a few pictures of the mounting points? I would really like to pull mine up some, and i was planning to make some plastic spacers to do it; hopefully I can use the zip tie method you guys have been talking about, but i haven't quite figured out exactly what you are doing with them. Could you maybe take a picture with a ruler showing the spacing as well? I would really appreciate it.

i must see this on AP1 bumper.
I had just installed my Voltex diffuser on my AP1. it sits perfectly!

here are pics

here you can see the Heel Toe 1x1 exhaust cap, it doesnt match 100%, but is close enough to blend in

An issue i ran into was due to my exhaust. because of the way the R1000 is designed, the angle and sheer size interferes with the diffusers design, so the muffler is sitting on the diffuser. the gap between the rear brackets and diffuser was around 2cm, so i had to bend the diffuser slightly to secure it. Its not causing any issue, but i will look into thermal tape for the muffler area.

Wow, that looks great!

That's tight bro!! Good job.....2 Thumbs Up!!

I did the zip tie method but it seems to be very stressfull on the diffuser atleast in my opinion.
It looks much better and the diffuser is solid on the car just seems to be putting some stress where its being mounted.

just out of curiousity, is anyone having their voltex diffuser pull down on their bumper? i'm just wondering because it might just be my exhaust, since i have a dual invidia set up, and the piping is huge, haha. any input??

where do you put the zip ties? I still don't quite get how you guys are attaching with zip ties, I only have the one hole to mount to.

since so many voltex owners have contributed to this thread, i figured we could change it to the official voltex rear diffuser thread for members to reference. here are a couple updated pics of mine.
