You should not have to worry. Most people would not even notice the missing third brake light because the car is so rare in most places.

Well in San Diego, S2000's are pretty common. But thats good to know. It would only be noticeable if a cop was right behind me while braking. But in that case I might pull the trigger soon, and go ASM. Thanks for the response.
