I wonder if it's ASM that contracted challenge to build P-car parts, or if it's some other tuner. Either way, I would love to rock them on my 7GT3

ASM contracts Challenge to produce their parts and so do many other companies such as Mugen, Nissan (GTR), Subaru, JTGC, Aerospace, and many more. That is why the challenge facility has/needs the ability to produce such high end products.
