Am I reading it correctly, it looks like they will fit on the 04 front bumper. Is this true?
What canards were on Tommy's blue car?

If the canard contact area is the same then i dont see why not. But you never know, since they might of changed it to be more tailored to the new bumper.

Tommy has the old discontinued ones.

On tommys car was the older discontinued version canards. The more triangular ones. Theres a pic of a set on my nfr a bunch of posts up.

per aaron, the 12's will fit 04 and 11 bumpers. i'd ask him to confirm.

Any canards will fit any front bumper.
