dark - what lights are you running in the grill? I'm going to put on the TS front bumper and would like some ideas on the extra lights and what bulbs to put in my nakid corners since they obviously don't match the HIDs right now. Thx in advance.

In the grill I have Pilot Driving lights with a hyper white bulbs(55w). I had to make a braket for the driving lights so they sat out far enough to be in the grille space. I bolted the bracket to the frame in the bumper opening, once you take off the front bumper you'll see what I mean. I also removed the top part of the stock grille that is clipped to the bumper on the inside. As for the clear corners those are also a hyperwhite bulbs just the stock rated wattage.

The hyper white bulbs are blue in color, however they blink white. I don't remember the brand but you can get them at any local tuner shop ot maybe even Pet Boys.

Hope that answers your question

Here are a couple of pics of my new rims. I ordered JDM tires, but the company hasn't returned my e-mail for a couple of months, so it looks like I'm getting ripped off again.

One way, or another, I'll get some tires soon.

EDIT- if you can't load the pics (like me), they are Work Meister S2R wheels in Burning Black, with a polished lip. 17x9 +63 and 17x7.5 +55, ordered direct from Japan.

Okay, I was able to reach my JDM supplier by phone, and everything is okay with my tire order. I don't know why I didn't get his e-mail, but he forwarded me this e-mail:

Hi Pete,

I have a confirmed arrival date of Nov 21. If I can hurry them through customs they'll be on your doorstep by Nov 25.
Sorry about the long long long wait. I think S2000 tires in that size are the most inhumanly difficult tires to find....

He said that getting the right sizes in matching compounds was a nightmare (evidently due to the S2000 stagger), and that took quite some time.

These are the JDM 17 inch Yokohama A038 tires. Man, I've been waiting a long time for these!

I'll post details and pics of everything soon.

For some reason, I can't get the pics on this page to load, and I have DSL. If it continues to be a problem for me, I may post in different thread.
