It's an old picture, but I haven't had any photos of the car taken in a while.

This seems like the official black RPF1 on NFR page so let me add to the list all the pictures I have of my new S2! I have had my new S for about a month now...

Even then, they don't fit the car. I bought them to have them rebarrelled and lipped. A project that I hope to get around to one of these days.

Actually I want slightly less aggressive specs, and I would prefer to run the same size wheel all around so that I can have the tire profile identical from front to rear.
The rears might be close to perfect. They come in at 17x9.5 +38 (or 37, I need to measure it all out when I take the tires off). The front are a 17x8.5 +38 (I also need to confirm this).
I've been talking/thinking about this a lot for as least the past year, and I really want wider tires on the wheels. I'm currently running a 215/245 set up. I've very pleased with the profile of the tire, but I would like a bit more width if I can get it. My problem is that going to a 225/255 set up will increase the profile height and I don't like how that looks, at least not for a three piece wheel. It looks fantastic on CE's or Regas, or any other performance oriented wheel, but I don't like the taller tire on a three piece wheel. I was thinking of trying out something along the line of an RS3 or another brand of tires that tends to run wide. I figure I'd be able to get a little bit more tire onto the wheel while retaining the profile. I also think that with an RS3 and their reputation for liking camber, and the ability to flip them I'd be able to get some more life out of the tires.
I wish I could get my hands on a set of 215/245 RS3's to test with. Once I have all that done I'm going to look at how everything fits and then start on a new project for the brakes. Then, once that is done I'm going to see how much room I have up front and try to figure out the appropriate size for putting a 9.5 in the front. Maybe I can make it all work with my 8.5 and a wide 215. That would be nice and it would same me some money as well.
I have this laundry list of things that I want to do to my car, but I feel like I've lost interest in it lately. I'm hoping sometime soon I get the drive to really get things rolling.
Maybe I should post all this crap in my build thread just so I can talk about the car. I seem to enjoy playing with the car more when I have people to talk about it with.
