honestly i don't know lol. but I'm not understanding y I have to pay 3k+ for a set of wheels for them to be acceptable. Still want to see pics if there any out there
What? Define import. Last time I checked Audi, BMW, and Lotus weren't American.
If you know what wheels do, I'm not sure that's a statement you'd make readily. They perform just as well on any car.
I've had 3000 dollar sets of wheels on my race bikes, and you only get 2 wheels. I thought I was getting a 2fer when I got 4 for the same price.
Less expensive wheels are acceptable, if you want less performance. Buy what you like.

215 on the rear?? That's not even and aggressive wheel or offset. Run a 255 tire on the back and you will be good. -2-3 camber depending on height and roll fenders and relocate bumper tabs.
Do 225 up front and 255's in the rear.

There is no reason to run a 215 tire on a 17x9 +42 wheel. I have 245's on my 17x9 +43 wheels and only rolled my fenders. No major work needed. The example above is one where you need stupid small tires that are dangerous and look like crap.

If you're gonna stretch tires, which I'm not a fan of but of course to each his own, at least use a wider wheel and stretch something with more than a civic size tire! 215 on the rear will be complete crap for handling but I'm guessing if going for the hellaflush thing you didn't buy the for performance or handling of course.
