Thanks a lot man, you inspired me to grow a pair and it seems to be working well for me so far. Kinda wanna go bigger!
18x10.5 +22 225/35
18x10.5 +14 225/35 (8mm spacer)
9.5" concave is seriously pathetic IMO, I have a set of regular 57d so I told myself if I get 57dR I gotta go badass or stick to the BBS's. I added an inch in diameter and a 1/4" of width! If I could go back i'd just do +12 all around maybe put a 5mm spacer in the back.
Stick to metal. Don't use fiberglass...but I guess you didn't ask me.

Well we all want to look different, shit look at my car...most everything but the motor is custom, rare, or modified to Hell and back.
Fiberglass chips and breaks easier when you rub. If you rub on metal, your tires rub away or the panel may get wavey...in which case you bend it back.
Fiberglass can't be rolled and pulled further.
Easier to add/weld on metal than to modify fiberglass shit
Paint looks better on metal versus fiberglass
Fiberglass what size you buy is what you get, with metal you can mold to it be +10mm wider or +40!
Generally easier to stance shit out on metal...more durable, easier to repair...
Your car, your choice, just trying to give friendly input from someone who's been there and done that.
