You can pull those wheels off with a BB... not sure if it would work with other colors though. Rear looks good, can't evaluate the fronts while your rock climbing.

11.5" id say do the 255 forsure. almost should have for this set up tooo. well see how this pans out. if i end up de-beading for some reason i may go up 1 size n do a bit more aggressive pull .
