These are indeed real Work VS-XX which started out in life as tiny 17x7 +47 versions where if you curbed the wheel, the face would touch first.

We then machine the outer register of the rim flat (like a BBS LM) to allow for reverse (or sandwich) mounting and machined the outer edge a bit so that they would fit into stepped barrels. The faces were then powdercoated gold and were given new life in the specs you see above.

Regarding the centercaps, they are "tuned by BSM" centercaps made special by Work Wheels for BSM - a now defunct (I believe) aero manufacturer in Japan. A cool novelty addition, in my opinion.
