haha thanks man! If i didn't have poke, i'd be able to go lower.

I love the Spoon front on your car. It's from Kevin right? If so, I had it for 2 days before Kevin got it off me. haha
that is correct i think that bumper is in its final resting place never to leave off the front of my car

The tracks definitely go lower than that..
Thats what I'm saying. If I put mine all the way down like that I would sit on pinch welds and not be able to move. You're doing something wrong.
maybe i am lol ill take my rear wheels off tonight and see if im not all the way down in the shock body but last time i checked i had everything down

Screw the bottom strut adjustment all the way up so the shock body is on the stopping lip where you cant go lower. Then wind the collars that support the coil itself all the way down to the spinning strut adjustment. The spring WILL move while jacked up. Lower your car carefully then rock the car to make sure the spring seated. If done correctly the spring will NOT move or ratle and you'll be significantly lower.

I have Megan Tracks. My back still has a little over an inch of drop in the spring height adjustment. Just so you can get an idea.

EDIT: Keep in mind these are stock 16s on super meaty snow tires.
