i had the lips fully pulled out and guards mildly flared...plastic welded extensions onto the rear bar...that was the "best" the workshop could get the bar to line up with the guards...

My guess is 17x9.5 +22 but I may be wrong. I didn't think the +28 had that much of a lip, but then again the + 22 may have more of a concave face to it.
