It's definitely not for the faint of heart, especially if you're planning on running a fairly square tire. That's in the territory of 225 and -6 camber or more if you don't want to do some pretty srs body work.

planning is going on 225/40 and 245/35 flared fender is good enough?

245 on 9.5 +22 is a pretty serious flare / pull. You're most likely going to need paint work after that kind of pull...

how much more aggresive is a 18x9.5 +20 245/35 then a 18x10 +26 235/40

the 18x10+26 235/40 will be easier to fit !

the wheel itself will sit almost the same exact within 1MM. so all your really doing is fitting 2 different tires. taller and skinnier 235/40 vs a wider 245.
