Cool, I just really wish I could get more aggressive on my roll in the rear since I have a small bit of rubbing still on harder bumps. The issue is the part of the fender where it meets the bumper. I've tried and tried to get that pushed out even further (even with a rubber mallet =x ) and I still cant get the 2-3 extra mm I need.
Just cut that section out and hammer whats left of it flat
That'll keep you from pulling for sure

You can get it hammer it out carefully to pull out as much as you need it to
Then you can apply heat to the rear bumper, hold it out to where it meets the fender and it will reshape the bumper to where you want it

Just heat it up real good before you start pulling on it and you should be good

If I've already almost beaten that stuff down, do I need to try and pry it out or can I just get in there with a dremel or something? I'm scare to come through the QP if I just try to cut it while it's folded up...

he is right!.. or you can do what i did...roll and pull as much as you want and the little portion where the quarter panel and bumper meet can be banged out or shaved off the whole section where the bumper and body meet.
