some people have done it by applying the heat gun longer and rolling it slower, alittle section at a time

Well, honestly the little flare(duckbill flare)was by accident. at first, like a noob, i didnt reposition the roller, so as i was going further down i realized that the lip wasnt folding where it needs to be and ended up making a "U"ish roll vs it being flat...so after repositioning the roller to its correct spot the"U"ish part actually held that form so it ended up flaring it out like a (duct bill)and didnt stress the quarter panel.

Cool, I just really wish I could get more aggressive on my roll in the rear since I have a small bit of rubbing still on harder bumps. The issue is the part of the fender where it meets the bumper. I've tried and tried to get that pushed out even further (even with a rubber mallet =x ) and I still cant get the 2-3 extra mm I need.
