I'm currently running 17x8/9 +30 and don't know what the "ideal" tire set up for 17's and my specs for going low. Camber settings as well.

My tire set up right now is 225/45/17 & 255/40/17 and about 1' finger gap.

I'm running a 17x9 +38 in the rear with a 255/40 at ~3* negative camber on BC coilovers as low as they can go, tucking just a tiny bit of tire. Up front I have a 17x8 +35 with a 225/45 but I forget the camber setting. You're offset isn't too much more, only 8mm (0.3") at most so you can get away with camber tweaking I'm sure.

My fenders have been rolled flat and tabs relocated. I might pull them just a little as well with a 255, I don't mind the fender work as much as I mind swapping tires around because of wear.

What diffuser?
Looks like a modified top secret rear diffuser with voltex generators

It's the FD RX7 diffuser from Shine. Bolted right up and fit perfectly. I had to make custom brackets and cut a small portion to clear the exhaust Y pipe.

Would I be able to fit something around a 18x10 +35ish non staggered setup with 245 + tires? I have 20mm wider front fenders and 25mm rear overfenders. I'd prefer not to run over -4 camber in the rear and the least amount in the front. If not what would you recommend?

That's an easy setup since you could do it on stock body with 245's and some pulling.

With +20mm F and +25mm R fenders you could do 255's with "normal" camber.

you will be able too run that in a meaty fitment, not hellaflush

their running x10+45 on 255 on stock body and in my opinion it sits perfect.
so in youll be safe by an extra 10mm front and 15mm rear
