I wonder if you can give me some help choosing tyres for my wheels. I had 235 35 18 and 255 35 18 and loved how the tyres look in the wheels (9 front 10 back). but i want to change to a size with more options to choose. I choosed 225 40 for the front but don´t know what to choose for the back. I want stretch but just a bit. Any ideias?
Thanks!
Thanks!
A question for those on here that are slammed, like really dumped lol,
Why is it that the lowest s2k's always have the rear higher than the front? for example,
Its not flat, Is their a reason why? It seems like the miata guys are always ridiculously low, and their flat.
Keep in mind, this is from someone who doesnt own an s2k yet, thanks.

Because the bumper isn't squared off, it tapers up giving it the appearance of being higher.
Look at the body line in the photo. It's straight across where the bumper meets the panel but it's at an angle towards the bottom. For better reference, look at the frame of the car. Completely even.

I got a set of rims in the mail yesterday and going to need to order tires in the next few months.
Front: 18x8.5 + 35
rear: 18x9.5 + 35
Tires im thinking about
215/40/18 in the front
235/35 in the rear.
I'm pretty sure the 235/35 will fit with ease with fender roll and maybe a little camber. I'm wondering if i put a 245/255-35 in the rear instead if it would fit just as easily or will i have to run a lot more camber? I would prefer more meat over stretch. Just not trying to tear my fenders up in the process. repaint is not in my budget anytime soon. Car is my daily.
Thanks in advance.
