you can place your hand on the wheels at: right hand at 2 o'clock and left hand at 6 o'clock and try to wobble the wheel to see if there's any wobbling. If there is then its the wheel bearing if not im not sure

No he's not being a smart ass. Obviously you jack the car up though and see if there's any play when you put you hands at 6 and 2/3. If it wobbles like he said, you have a shot wheel bearing for sure.
