Front fenders are just flared. Sadly, I lost my stock body line on the fenders. I think it would of completed the car more nicely.

The 9 +35 is slightly less aggressive (3mm) and with a 245, it's a nice step in between a 9.5 +38 and a 9 +45. There are a few people that run a 17x9 +35 x4 setup with CE28's. It's kinda the same reason you would do 17x10 +45 x4 with CE's instead of 17x9.5 +35. Gives a tad more leeway and allows for a little less aggressive alignment.
