You're going to have to pull. Keep in mind pull != flare, there is a difference. If you want be as aggressive as you can without pulling, 9 +45 all around is a better choice.

How bout 9.5 +38 in the rear only? is pulling required?

I personally feel 9.5 +38 is going to require pulling regardless in the rear, unless you stretch a 205 or something kinda ridiculous like that. This also has to do with how low you go, how stiff your springrate is, etc...

If you left ~2 finger gap, -4 or more camber, 235 tire, I'm sure you could still make it work on just a roll, no pull. I'm more speaking from my current position of 0 gap, no tire tuck w/ 255's, and I'm pretty aggressively pulled (about as far as I can go without buckling QP) and -4 camber.

9 +35 is 3mm less aggressive. Add in a 245 instead of 255 and I don't see it being tough to fit at all.

I think ppl get scared when someone says "pull" the fenders. All you're really doing when rolling is just getting them to flare out a super small amount by having the rolling tool push the fender out some, rather than merely rolling the lip down underneath. If I have time today between calls I'll run down and take a close up picture of how it looks on mine.

Again, to reiterate. The toughest part is the exact spot where the bumper meets the rear fender. That one spot is super thick, 2 layers of metal, and it doesn't like to move a whole lot without risking buckling the QP. You can actually pull the rear fender, and that one spot will stay in stock location.
