Yes both front and rears have been rolled flat and slightly pulled the rears about 5-6mm the fronts about the same, rear bumper tab has been removed and trimmed in there, I was speaking to a guy who set's up cars for track, he said for daily driving its to much camber, when I see him ill tell him I want it setup for track. im going to stiffen my coils to the max, tell me if this is correct, depending on your height there's only a certain amount of camber you can run, e.g. if you are very low can you run more camber?

Don't have to pull the fronts for 245s to fit on a 17x9 +45. Just a roll will suffice.

As far as maxing the stiffness all the way around, you can try it, if it seems too jumpy in the rear, I'd soften the rear a bit. Basically you want it as stiff as you can get it, but without anything getting real bouncy over bumps or if you clip the inside curbs on an esses or something.
As far as camber and daily driving, I drive my car pretty spirited, and have put on 23k miles in the past year. I have only been through 2 sets of rears in that time, using Star Specs. That's with anywhere between 3 and 4 degrees negative camber and 1/8" total toe-in on just the rear. The front is @ 0 toe.
O, and a random pic I took of DrJekyll's car. If he wants me to remove it I will:

My 17x10s won't be here until late Nov.
