I'm lowered an 1" or so with -2.4 camber in the front. No rubbing issues ever, even over gnarly dips on the highway. My fenders are also rolled flat and slightly pulled.
I've just learned to not enter driveways/entrances with my wheels at full lock. I'll typically turn in wide to the entrance, straighten up the wheels as much as I can going up, then crank them back to full lock once both front wheels are up the driveway.
If you zoom in on the fender lines, you can see much is pulled.

road conditions and how you drive will affect rubbing, too.
I was -3 camber all around with a roll and pull up front. fairly low and stiff settings on my kwv3. still rubbed going up driveways very carefully and during aggressive turns.

I have zero issues and zero rubbing.
I rubbed more with my old "s2k offset" Volks on my fender liners during dips and hard turns, than I do now with these wheels and everything trimmed/rolled.

with that being said, I have a more aggressive setup now, 17x10 +44 with 255 tire all around. same alignment specs but I upgraded to stiffer springs. 12kf 10kr and I don't rub at all. even up driveways.

Lower it, pull the fronts a little, and add negative camber. Should be good.

Also, I have those exact wheels and tires, but when the shop was rolling and relocating the tab in the rear, they told me I just won't be able to fit the 255s up front. I think I'm -1 in the front (all the alignment shop said they could get - lazies) on Tein S Tech. What do you guys recommend I do? Think I can bend the tabs up front, trim the fender liner and try to get more camber? The wheel setup will mainly be used as my track setup - so it'll be flexing more that street driving. I just do not want to bacon a fender.
Been looking at the TRMotorsport C3s as a possible wheel b/c of the 63 offset and never have to worry about smashing the fender ...

I'm on the same springs as you and I managed to get the front camber down to -2.4, so that shop is either full of shit or you have some seized adjusters. You're going to have to roll and slightly flare/pull the fronts, a simple trim and tab bend won't be enough.
