At 17x9+45 all the way around, he should be rolled all around and rear tab relocated, even at stock height.

Comparing to the drop on my car which is 1.25".. I'd say he's dropped around .75-1.0"

Question. Have spoon front fenders and ASM rear over fenders. I have front rpf1 17x9 +35 and rears 17x10 +38.

Looking for a good balance between handling and good fitment. Are these the tire sizes I need?

245/45/17 front
255/40/17 rear

If there's a better suggestion I'd be very grateful for your help

You don't want 245/45 front, that would be larger diameter than the rear. 245/40 is the correct diameter for the front. If you wanted more stagger, 235/45 front and 265/40 is a possibility but the diameter would be larger than stock. I would probably stick to 245/40, 255/40.

I was thinking about going with a 8 in the front but I like the look of a 9in RPF1 I got my fenders rolled yesterday and thru the wheels on and I still managed to chewy up a fender in the front
