I feel like black hides the bad convex face of the 8's a little better than other colors.

I think the SBC'S in 8x45f look good even on SSM. Not my car but def pulls it off IMO. Now the silver is a bit more difficult to pull off.

But then again, there could b one out there that does pull off 17x8f lol.

And I think yours looks good. But I hear you on the wanting the convex look. And more grip up front.

I'm really thinking of going 235/40/17 17x9 +45 squared to be able to rotate my tires, have a bit more fender clearance and because the Nankang NS2R's are a great deal in that size where I live right now (and they don't come 245/40). I know this isn't a preferred size for most S2000 owners as I've read through many of the wheel and tire discussion threads but it seems to be a good compromise for street with a handful of trackdays. Thoughts? Opinions? Loud noises?
