Good question lol. I guess it'll depend on if I'm willing to raise it up or not. With my current height 245 is the better option. If I go 255 I would definitely have to do some fender pulling

9+45 w/ 255s is the way to go. Keep some thing that allows you to rotate. It's a huge perk to the non-staggered sizes. Having been there and done the 9.5 +38 I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole unless I was able to do all the work on fenders and quarters to clear properly and look good. Just trust me on that one.

I'm looking to go SBC double staggered 225/40 front and 245/40 rear. Same height as what "the machine" is at. Would those tire size look weird?

Just to give you a heads up, I messed up my post on tire sizes. I have corrected it now in that post, but it is a 215/40/17 up front NOT a 225. Sorry about that.

Those are actually the fenders from the SS. They were done so perfectly, so I didn't want to mess with that. I removed them and had my body guy sand and spray them BB.

^^ Might have to introduce me to him, they came out perfect. Is doing it that way more cost affective, then lets say, some down force front fenders, after paint ? Just don't know what I wanna do. Buy a diff whip or mod the s more. So that's y I ask.
Thank's in advance

I'd like to think it's cheaper than DF. DF's are approximately $900 shipped. You figure it will cost you $500-$600 to prep and paint both if not more. Furthermore, the DF fiberglass will never paint the same as OEM metal. I paid an unbelievably low price to get these done but give or take they will cost about $1,000 to get done. The advantage with the DF is the weight. I believe you lose about 6 lbs. or so, per side.

^^ Thanks brotha!...and not a bad price perfect!!! Yeah not looking for weight reduction, more power mayb. Just trying to prevent some bacon fenders if I go square. Don't need Tony pointing out some f@cked up fenders lol.
