Question for anyone running 17x8 +45 up front with 225's. What work had to be done to get them to fit? My car is getting painted right now, had the rears rolled and pulled and the front is rolled but my guy says they will still hit on turns. I am on BC coils, looking to keep from ruining fenders and new paint and still keep the liners. Any info would help a lot since he is stuck until i decide what i want him to do.

All I did on the fronts with my 8+45 / 225 setup was roll flat and trim the fender liners some. It never rubbed a single time, and I drove it as hard as I was comfortable doing on the street (on KWv3).

I looked all over and bought that size just to make sure they would fit and he says going straight they will be fine but turning is when I will have issues and it looks like it will catch and pull the fender tabs out. I haven't seen it or the roll thats done so Im just going off what he says.

The whole goal is to not go over bumps with the wheels turned. Entering & exiting driveways or speedbumps you'll have to keep the wheels straight (or mostly straight).

During high speed damping you're fine, as it won't travel as much.

I was trying to avoid that but I will just have to drive more cautious. Thanks for the info.

hey guys, I will be fitting my rpf1's soon. But before I do I want to get some spigot/hub centric rings. Am I correct in saying the front bore is 70.1 and the rear 64.1? Also can anyone tell me what the rpf1 wheel bore is? I read somewhere that it's 73.1 I think, I'm having trouble measuring mine. Thanks
