anybody have a picture of the Fitment on 17x9+45 all around with 235/40 front and 245/40 rear tires?

Oh I thought everyone knew them by now

They're 17x9.5 +38 with 255/40 all around.

what are your alignment specs?
I want to go a tad bit lower but your ride height is pretty much ideal to what I want

I'm running -3.2 F & -4 R. You could probably get away with less (many people have).
