I'm new to all this stuff...

I'd like to purchase these wheels, but I don't want to roll or pull the fenders so I'm wondering if the 17x8.5 with 40mm offset RPF1 wheel specs will fit the s2k all around? If these fit, what's the widest size tire I can run without rubbing? My goal is to have the tire sit further out than the wheel because I rather hit the tire on the curb than the wheel (sometimes it happens...) I currently have Tein CruiserMaster coilovers to help lower the car. I would love to have the same set up as the attached picture.

I would also like to avoid staggering the wheels...I'd like to rotate my tires =)

Any suggestions??? Thanks guys!

1. You HAVE to roll the fenders on a fitment like that.
2. 8.5" +40 would have the convex spokes, would not look like the picture. The picture is the concave face on 9"+ wheel widths. You would be much better off with a 9" +45.
3. Go with either 245/40 or 255/40 all around, requires a fender roll.

They are the typical 17x8/9 +45 with OEM AP2 tire sizes.

anyone has the 17x8/9 setup without rolling the fenders ?
