if someone could give me a quick recommendation it would be much appreciated....

looking into rpf1's with hankook rs3's...i believe thats the name of the tire..im lowered on BC racing coilovers on stock rims and tires right now..car sits just above the tire..can barely fit a finger in there now.....I want it to stay that way with the Rpf1's and hankook tires...can I accomplish this without any fender modification? what specs for rims should i be looking at?

thanks for any response guys

You haven't given us any specs for the RPF1's. We can't really help without those. Generally, even if it's a standard 17x8/9 +45 setup with 225/255, you cannot do that with 100% stock fenders.

From what I've been reading, I believe you could run 17x7.5 +48 on stock 215 up front without any problems bc that would be equivalent to a 7mm spacer. However, the only really rim enkei has for the rear is 17x9 +45 and on a stock tire size of 245 that would be equivalent to running a 20mm spacer in the back which has fender modification written all over it. I believe rs3's run wider than they advertise compared to other hankook tires though, so that may be a problem. Now get back to work Jon lol

i wanna go to a 17x9 45 up front but am debating on either a 225/40 or 245/40 how much fender work has to be done? to fit either?

Needing some help here, I have read this thread quite a few times and still don't really have a definite answer, lol.
Looking to run my 17x9+45 SBCs square set up on my 00 NFR S200. Looking to run around 1 finger gap Front and rear. Going to Run maximum stock camber, which I hear is around -3 at this height. Definitely doing a 255/40 in the rear. My question is, I want to keep my fender liner in the front.. Can I do this with a 255/40 with 1 finger gap and -3 camber? I am probably going to run a NT05 tire (love this tire on my previous cars), which their 255 runs equivalent to a 245 star spec and RS-3. My other option with NT05 is the 235/40 Front, which is more like a 225 star spec, and I feel that would be a little to stretched.
