No you wouldn't need -4 with a 245. I could see you doing it with -3 to -3.5 easily. Tire wear isn't that bad at all, especially if you flip them every 10k or so.

With the 9.5 +38 you don't even need -4 to run a 255. I was running that size with 255 Star Specs and -3.4 in the rear with absolutely no rubbing. It looked like it would rub all day long but it never did. That was also with almost no wheel gap in the rear. 1/4" max.

Steve...I'm vigorously trying to run a 255 SS in the rear on my 9.5 +38. I currently run a 245 SS back there with 3.0 camber. At the 3.4 setting that you had did you require fender pulling ?

I would maybe like to run even a little less than you maybe 3.2-3.3 max.

Please advise. Thanks.

I am debating on getting these, what is the approx. weight of these wheels...round about. I have called Evasive and Vivid but they cant seem to give me any info. Some are saying the 17x9 are around 20lbs and 17x8 are around the same?!?!

I'm running 255 all around on my 9.5 +38's with -3.1 F and -2.9 R camber, I have fenders pulled all around and I also have the J's camber kit up front. Hope this helps!
